§ 448.904. Elimination of section 1122 reviews
Currentness
No further reviews shall be performed under section 1122 of the Federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1320a-1 after August 1, 1980 except to complete review for which application has been filed prior to August 1, 1980.
