§ 7413. Fines and removal for neglect of duty
If any county treasurer, elected or appointed under the provisions of this act, after taking on himself the duties of the office, shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty required of him by law, he shall on conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding three hundred dollars, and be forthwith removed from office.
