§ 450.205. Department: Regulations
Currentness
The Advisory Health Board shall make and may amend or repeal regulations for the administration of the provisions of this act. The Advisory Health Board may make, amend or repeal regulations for the administration of a uniform efficient statewide system of vital statistics which will protect the public health and preserve the completeness and integrity of vital statistics records.
