§ 6018.616. Notice of proposed settlement
Currentness
If a settlement is proposed in any action brought pursuant to section 6041 or 605,2 the terms of such settlement shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area where the violations are alleged to have occurred at least 30 days prior to the time when such settlement is to take effect. The publication shall contain a solicitation for public comments concerning such settlement which shall be directed to the government agency bringing the action.
