§ 780-125. Injunctive relief
In addition to the remedies provided herein, the secretary is hereby authorized to apply to the court of common pleas in the county in which such violation occurs or to the Commonwealth Court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from continued violation of any provision of this act irrespective of the existence of an adequate remedy at law.
