§ 982. Prosecutions
Prosecution for violations of the provisions of this act or of the rules and regulations adopted by the department may be instituted by said department, and shall be in the form of summary proceedings before an alderman, magistrate or justice of the peace. Upon conviction, after a hearing, the penalties herein provided for shall be imposed.
