§ 750.14. Nuisances
A violation of section 7 of this act1 or the discharge of untreated or partially treated sewage to the surface of the ground or into the waters of this Commonwealth, except as specifically approved by the department under sections 202 and 207 of the act of June 22, 1937 (P.L. 1987, No. 394), known as “The Clean Streams Law,”2 or permitted by the local agency pursuant to section 7.3 of this act3 shall constitute a nuisance and shall be abatable in the manner provided by law.
