§ 723.15. Safe Drinking Water Account
Currentness
All fines and penalties collected under the penalty provisions of this act shall be paid into the Safe Drinking Water Account, as established by section 14 of the Safe Drinking Water Act. Such funds are hereby appropriated to and shall be administered by the department for such purposes as are authorized in this act and in the Safe Drinking Water Act.1
