§ 450.808. Records: Accounting for fees
The department shall keep an account of all fees received by it pursuant to the provisions of this act and shall deliver the same to the State Treasurer through the Department of Revenue. Fees received by local registrars for the issuance of certified copies of original certificates of death pursuant to section eight hundred nine of this act1 shall not be subject to accounting by the department.
