§ 724.12. Issuance of bonds
Currentness
As evidence of the indebtedness if authorized under section 10,1 general obligation bonds of the Commonwealth shall be issued from time to time for the purposes of this act in accordance with section 17 of the act of March 1, 1988 (P.L. 82, No. 16), known as the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority Act.2
