§ 6700-606. Injunctions
Currentness
In addition to other proceedings provided for in this act, whenever any person has engaged, or is about to engage in any acts or practices which constitute an offense against this act, the court may issue an injunction or other appropriate order, restraining such conduct on application of the department, the Attorney General, or the district attorney of the county.
