§ 5518-A. Construction
Currentness
The addition of Article XXV-A is a codification of and shall be deemed a continuation of the act of July 29, 1953 (P.L. 1034, No. 270), known as the “Public Auditorium Authorities Law,”1 insofar as it relates to counties of the second class in which a city of the second class is located and to any city of the second class which is located in a county of the second class.
