§ 11253. Double commissions on moneys returned prohibited
From and after the passage of this act, no commission shall be allowed to any county treasurer for receiving and disbursing moneys returned by the State Treasurer to any county, or city coextensive with the county, which moneys were received or collected by said county or city for the use of the Commonwealth, and for the receiving and disbursing of which the county treasurer has already received a commission.
