§ 11682. Repeals
The following acts and parts of acts are repealed absolutely:
(1) The act of June 4, 1937 (P.L. 1625) [16 P.S. §§ 11501 to 11527], entitled “An act providing for the creation, maintenance and operation of a county employes retirement system in counties of the third class; and imposing certain charges on counties.”
(2) The act of July 8, 1941 (P.L. 298) [16 P.S. §§ 11561 to 11589], known as the “Fourth Class County Retirement Law.”
(3) The act of August 5, 1941 (P.L. 803) [16 P.S. §§ 11621 to 11647], entitled, as amended, “An act providing for the creation, maintenance and operation of a county employes' retirement system in counties of the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth class; imposing certain charges on counties, and prescribing penalties.”
(4) Section 1717, act of July 28, 1953 (P.L. 723) [16 P.S. § 4717], known as the “Second Class County Code.”
