§ 842A. Audit of funds
Currentness
The accounts and books of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, the Special Administration Fund, and the Administration Fund, including their receipts, disbursements and other items referring to their financial standing, shall, from time to time, be examined by the Auditor General who shall report the results of his examination to the Governor.
