§ 211.39. Repeals; application
Currentness
All acts or parts of acts, whether, general, special or local, inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed: Provided, That this act shall not apply to any controversy involving unfair labor practices or the selection of collective bargaining representatives provided for in the act of 1937, entitled “Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act.”1
