§ 471. Employers to provide means of prevention of occupational diseases
Every employer shall, without cost to the employes, provide reasonably effective devices, means, and methods to prevent the contraction by his employes of any illness or disease incident to the work or process in which such employes are engaged in the industries and occupations specified in section two of this act.1
