§ 12641. Membership of “Authority,” term
The “Authority” shall consist of three members, all of whom shall be citizens of this Commonwealth and of the county in which said “Authority” is created and set up, and who shall be designated and appointed by the county commissioners. All members shall continue to hold office until their respective successors are appointed and qualified.
