§ 806. Non-liability of Commonwealth
Compensation shall be deemed to be due and payable under this act only to the extent provided in this act, and to the extent that moneys are available therefor to the credit of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, and neither the Commonwealth, the department, nor the secretary shall be liable for any amount in excess of such moneys.
