§ 1301.601. Administrative procedure
Currentness
The “Administrative Agency Law,”1 shall be applicable in its entirety to the Department of Labor and Industry with reference to Chapters 2 and 5,2 and to the Department of Environmental Resources with reference to Chapter 3,3 in the administration of this act.
