§ 844. Budgetary provisions not applicable
Currentness
The provisions of section 214 of article II and the provisions of article VI of The Administrative Code of one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine, as amended,1 shall not apply to the funds created under the provisions of sections 601 and 602 of this act.2
