§ 7-707. Permit fee; permits not assignable or transferable; display of permit; term of permit
Every applicant for distillery certificate broker permit shall, before receiving such permit, pay to the board an annual permit fee as prescribed in section 614-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.” Permits issued under this act may not be assigned or transferred and shall be conspicuously displayed at the place of business of the permittee. All permits shall be valid only during the period for which issued and shall automatically expire on the last day of the license period of each calendar year unless suspended, revoked or cancelled prior thereto.
