§ 510-203. Project 70 (Adm. Code § 1903-B)
Currentness
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall have the powers and duties vested in the Department of Commerce by the act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L. 131, No. 8),1 known as the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act.
