§ 616. State Treasurer custodian of funds
All moneys granted to the Commonwealth by the Federal Government, under the said act of Congress, shall be received by the State Treasurer as custodian, and he shall disburse such funds, on requisition of the Department of Labor and Industry, for the purposes of the grant without further appropriation.
