§ 1301.201. Minimum wages
(a) Except as may otherwise be provided under this chapter, every employer of seasonal farm labor shall pay to each seasonal farm worker wages at a rate which is as great or greater than the minimum hourly wage rate in force under the act of January 17, 1968 (P.L. 11, No. 5), known as “The Minimum Wage Act of 1968,”1 at the time payment is due to the seasonal farm worker.
