§ 4-469. Applications for transfers; fees
(a) Every applicant for a transfer of a license under the provisions of this article shall file a written application with the board, together with a filing fee as prescribed in section 614-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”
(b) Whenever any license is transferred, no license or other fees shall be required from the persons to whom such transfer is made for the portion of the license period for which the license fee has been paid by the transferor, except for transfer fees provided in section 614-A of “The Administrative Code of 1929.”
