§ 690a.3. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Department.” The Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth.
“Dislocated worker.” Individuals who are eligible under section 302 of the Job Training Partnership Act (Public Law 97-300, 96 Stat. 1322).1
