Every person holding a permit issued under this act shall keep daily permanent records containing a complete record of all transactions in distillery bonded warehouse certificates within this Commonwealth, in such form and manner as the board may from time to time prescribe. Such records shall be available for examination by the board's officers at the broker's principal place of business or office in Pennsylvania.
