§ 3. Penalty for violations
Currentness
Any person, firm, or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any magistrate, alderman, or justice of the peace,1 shall be sentenced to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
