§ 612. Untrue statements
Any person wilfully making any untrue statement in applying to any public employment office shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
