§ 7-705. Issuance of permits
Upon receipt of the application and proper fees and upon being satisfied of the truth of the statements in the application, and being also satisfied that the applicant's plan of business in dealing in distillery bonded warehouse certificates does not constitute “fraudulent practice,” as defined in this article, and that the applicant is a person of good repute and financially responsible, the board may issue to such applicant a permit authorizing the permittee to sell, purchase, exchange, pledge and deal in distillery bonded warehouse certificates.
