§ 452. Enforcement
Currentness
The Commissioner of Labor and Industry1 shall enforce this act. In enforcing this act any employe or agent of the Department of Labor and Industry, specially authorized in writing, may at any time enter any place of employment covered by this act for purposes of inspection. It shall be unlawful to hinder or prevent such employe or agent in the performance of his duties under this act.
