§ 1301.304. Enforcement orders
(a) The department may issue orders requiring the abatement of any violation of this act or any rule or regulation adopted under section 301,1 or any condition which may be unhealthful, unsanitary or unsafe to which migrants or their families are exposed. Any order issued under this subsection shall be written, shall identify the person or persons to whom it applies, including officers of corporations, shall specify the violations and conditions which are to be abated, and may establish a schedule of abatement, require the submission of an abatement plan or specify the abatement action to be taken, including, but not limited to, the temporary or permanent closing of identified seasonal farm labor camp facilities.
