§ 4-435. Filing of applications for distributors', importing distributors' and retail dispensers' licenses; filing fee
Every person intending to apply for a distributor's, importing distributor's or retail dispenser's license, as aforesaid, in any municipality of this Commonwealth, shall file with the board his or its application. All such applications shall be filed at a time to be fixed by the board. The applicant shall file with the board fees as prescribed in section 614-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”
