§ 5-509. License must be posted; business hours
Currentness
Licenses shall be issued by the board under its official seal. Every license so issued must at all times be posted in a conspicuous place where the business is carried on under it. Licensees may be open every day except limited wineries which may be open as set forth by the board through regulations.
