§ 744-909. Reimbursement of General Fund
In order to reimburse the General Fund for as much of the appropriation made by section one of this act1 as is used in the establishment, operation, maintenance and equipment of Pennsylvania Liquor Stores, and places for the storing and testing of liquor, the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, shall be transferred from The State Stores Fund before the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred thirty-five, in such amounts and at such times as the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, with the approval of the Governor, shall direct. Such transfers shall be made by the State Treasurer, upon warrants of the Auditor General, upon requisitions of the board. The moneys in The State Stores Fund are hereby specifically appropriated to the board for transfer from time to time as provided in this section.
