§ 1405. Commission membership
(1) The Governor shall appoint five additional members to the commission, no more than three of whom shall be of the same political party, with the advice and consent of a majority of the Senate pursuant to the procedure established in section 207.1, act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”1
(d) Organization.--The commission shall meet within 60 days of its establishment for the purpose of organizing and selecting officers who shall be chosen from its membership. Thereafter, the commission shall meet as necessary at the call of the commission chairman, but in no case less than six times per year.
