§ 112.1. Regulations of the Industrial Board
In addition to any specific rules or regulations affecting the employment of women which are promulgated under this law, all persons who employ female employes shall comply with those general regulations of the Industrial Board of the Department of Labor and Industry under the General Safety Law, Act No. 174, May 18, 1937 (P.L. 654), as amended,1 which are not superseded by specific rules and regulations issued under this law. The responsibility for complying with all regulations rests upon both the employer and employes.
