§ 109. Toilets; retiring and wash-rooms
Currentness
In every establishment where females are employed, toilets, wash-rooms and retiring rooms shall be provided in accordance with the General Safety Law, Act No. 174, May 18, 1937 (P.L. 654), as amended1 and Regulations for Industrial Sanitation promulgated by the Industrial Board of the Department of Labor and Industry.
