§ 613. Penalties
Except as herein provided otherwise, any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both, at the discretion of the court.
