In order to reimburse the General Fund for transfers made under section one of this act,¹ the State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer, from time to time, such sums from the State Stores Fund to the General Fund as the Governor, by requisition upon the Auditor General, and the Auditor General, by his warrant, shall direct: Provided, That all sums which shall have been transferred from the General Fund to the State Stores Fund during a fiscal year or period shall be returned to the General Fund not later than thirty days after the end of such fiscal year or period.
