§ 1405-C. Establishment of fund
Currentness
The Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Fund, established under section 501 of the act of July 5, 2012 (P.L. 1042, No. 121),1 known as the Pennsylvania eHealth Information Technology Act, is continued. The fund shall be administered by the department upon the effective date of this section.
