§ 690-112. Reports
(d) Additional duties.--In addition to any records required under this act, a mine operator shall establish and maintain records, make reports and provide information as the department may require from time to time. The department is authorized to compile, analyze and publish, either in summary or detail form, the reports or information obtained. All records, information, reports, findings, notices, orders or decisions required or issued pursuant to or under this act may be published from time to time, may be released to any interested person and shall constitute a public record under the act of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 390, No. 212),1 referred to as the Right-to-Know Law.
