§ 7-741. Substrata evaluation
Currentness
Any school district or authority planning to construct or reconstruct a school building located in an area certified by the Department of Environmental Resources to be subject to mine subsidence, shall, before beginning design, obtain an evaluation of the substrata of the land upon which it will be situate from the Department of Environmental Resources.
