§ 2905. Suspension superseded; reinstatement; completing course; waiver of suspension; times attending
Any order of the Secretary of Revenue suspending the driving privilege of any operator shall be superseded for a period not exceeding thirty days upon notice that the person has enrolled in a driver improvement school with the consent of the Secretary of Revenue prior to the beginning of the suspension period, but the order shall be reinstated immediately upon notice to the Secretary of Revenue that the person has dropped out of the course or that he has not successfully completed the same. If a person has received a notice of suspension and he successfully completes the course and receives a certificate indicating the same, notice thereof shall be sent to the Secretary of Revenue who shall then take this fact into consideration in determining whether to waive the pending suspension or not. No person shall have the privilege of attending the school more than three times.
