§ 2621. Commissioners to select suitable place for location of home
Currentness
The governor of the state shall, within thirty days of the passage of this act, select two suitable and competent persons, who, in conjunction with the governor, lieutenant governor and the auditor general of the state, shall constitute a commission, whose duty it shall be within sixty days after the passage of this act to make selection of a proper and suitable place for the location of said home.
