§ 2510-506. Board
The Pennsylvania College of Technology shall be operated by a board of directors not to exceed 11 members, to be designated in accordance with its articles of incorporation or bylaws which shall provide that one member of the board shall be a Senator appointed by the President pro tempore of the Senate and one member shall be a Representative appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
