§ 13-1356. Costs of proceeding for noncompliance
Currentness
If, at any time after proceedings have been instituted against any person under the provisions of this act,1 sufficient cause is shown by such offending person for noncompliance with its requirements, or, if the cost of such proceedings cannot be collected from such offending person, such costs may be paid out of the district funds, upon proper voucher approved by the board of school directors.
