§ 3072. Appeals
(a) An individual whose application to be registered has been denied under section 12311 or 25 Pa.C.S. Pt. IV (relating to voter registration)2 may file with the commission a petition to be registered, setting forth the grounds of the petition under oath or affirmation. The petition must be filed by the eighth day prior to an election.
