The institution may grant the degrees of bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, and bachelor of fine arts for successful completion of prescribed undergraduate courses of study, and may grant the degrees of master of education, master of arts, master of science, doctor of education, and doctor of philosophy for successful completion of prescribed graduate courses of study. In addition, the institution may grant other degrees when recommended by the board of trustees and approved by the State Board of Education.
